Introducing Amy Greimann Carlson, a creative soul I’ve looked up to for many years.  Amy is my dad’s first cousin.  By title she is a Writer, Editor, Teacher and Word Wizard at Bear Run Antics – by my claim she is inspiring, shared blood, explorer, goddess, artist child.  One of the coolest relatives you can ask for – a woman who would rather pitch a tent in your back yard when visiting than sleep on the couch.  A true spirited kind of gal.  Thank you for sharing this Amy!

[from Amy] This is hot off the press, written after almost losing a dear friend, Annie, a healthy strong young woman in her thirties suddenly overtaken by a bacterial infection-turned-toxic-shock. Touch and go last Friday night. Wakes you up! She has three BEAUTIFUL young kids and a sweet husband, Paul. She is going to make it after all. Yippee!
